The car companies involved in violations are all 24 traditional automobile production enterprises that have violations in the previous supervision and inspection.

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the administrative provisions of the announcement, and according to the seriousness of the violations, the enterprises in violation of the regulations shall be revoked or suspended in accordance with the law, such as the "announcement" of the offending products, the suspension of the declaration of new products, the suspension of the upload of electronic information on conformity certificates, and so on, and the violation information will be included in the enterprise credit record and listed as the key supervision objects in the follow-up.

According to the notice of order and rectification issued, the enterprises concerned will be required to earnestly perform their principal responsibilities, seriously analyze the causes of the problems, strictly comply with the management requirements of the "announcement", and rectify the existing problems within a time limit.

It has been learned that 24 traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises have violations this time, mainly focusing on vehicle braking systems, side-rear protective devices, and body reflective signs that do not meet the requirements of national standards or relevant management regulations. Dealing with these violations will effectively ensure the production consistency, quality and safety of road motor vehicle products.

Models with production consistency problems include traditional passenger cars, involving three models and products of three enterprises, involving internal rearview mirrors, seat headrests, hydraulic brake hoses and other manufacturing enterprise names that are inconsistent with the filing parameters of the "announcement" and do not meet the management requirements of the "announcement".

The three car companies are Jianghuai Automobile, FAW-Volkswagen and Chery Automobile. The three products are the 2019 Jianghuai Ruifeng Superior Model, the two-wheel-drive Deluxe version of Volkswagen Tan Song in 2019, and Chery Jetway.

The details are as follows: for the HFC6480E1CTS multi-purpose passenger vehicle produced by Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd., the name of the internal rearview mirror manufacturer is inconsistent with the filing parameters; for the FV7149LCDD car produced by FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd., there are inconsistencies between the names of other passenger seat headrest manufacturers and the filing parameters. For the SQR6471F01T9 multi-purpose passenger vehicle produced by Chery Commercial vehicle (Anhui) Co., Ltd., there is a discrepancy between the name of the hydraulic brake hose manufacturer and the side steering signal light manufacturer and the filing parameters.

In addition, it also includes traditional trucks, involving 11 models of 11 enterprises, involving braking systems, side and rear protective devices, (OBD) system fault indicators, signs and other items that do not comply with national standards or management regulations; traditional special vehicles, involving a total of 5 vehicle models of 5 enterprises, involving car body reflective signs, product signs, signs and other items do not comply with national standards or management regulations The traditional trailer, which involves 5 models and products of 5 enterprises, involves the grille structure, brake system test components, signs and other items that do not meet the national standards or management regulations.

With regard to the above-mentioned car enterprises, on January 18, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology informed the results of the supervision and inspection of production consistency in this part of the organization in accordance with the relevant provisions such as the measures for the Management of Road Motor vehicle production and Product access.

In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to strengthen supervision during and after the incident, work closely with relevant departments, focus on special supervision and inspection of illegal refit production of trucks, "large tons and small marks," and dangerous goods vehicles, and implement joint punishments. we will effectively ensure the production consistency, quality and safety of road motor vehicle products.

On November 19, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also released the results of supervision and inspection of new energy vehicles, which found that there were production consistency problems in some new energy products, including 25 enterprises, including BAIC, Guangzhou Automobile, Guangzhou Automobile Honda and BYD.

In the aspect of new energy passenger vehicles, there are 9 models and products of 9 enterprises, which involve the design of battery capacity, discharge capacity after cyclic discharge, discharge protection value, suitcase volume and so on, which do not meet the national standard. As well as the inconsistency between the name of the production enterprise and the record parameters, the power consumption of 100 kilometers and the record parameters of the vehicle energy management system.

It is understood that the supervision and inspection work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was carried out recently, using random on-site inspection and sampling to be sent to designated testing institutions for inspection.

The production deviation or "fluke" behavior of some enterprises were finally found out. A number of enterprises have been named for rectification, which will help to improve the safety performance and energy saving level of vehicle products, and further strengthen automobile safety management.
