According to the latest poster released by Red Flag, Red Flag has held the launch of the H9 model in Cambodia in Southeast Asia, which is the exclusive agent of Cambodia Mingyang International Automobile Co., Ltd. This landing in the Cambodian market is another plan for FAW Red Flag to expand overseas markets.

It is understood that Mingyang International is the only authorized dealer of the Chinese Red Flag brand in Cambodia, with a standardized 4S showroom of more than 3000 square meters and an after-sales service center, selling all models under the Red Flag brand. Red Flag brand first began to deliver vehicles in Cambodia in November 2020, the first batch of models is Red Flag H5.

With the arrival of Red Flag in Cambodia, Red Flag has successfully distributed four markets in Southeast Asia, including Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos. Officials said that in the future, Red Flag will further launch E-HS9 and other high-end products in the Southeast Asian market, focusing on brand promotion and after-sales service to help promote the position of Red Flag brand in the Southeast Asian market.

Since its listing last year, Red Flag H9 has been listed in Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea and other overseas markets. According to the overseas pricing announced by the United Arab Emirates, Japan and other regions, it is generally higher than the domestic price, which is also due to the fact that Red Flag, as one of the representatives of domestic high-end brands, is exported to overseas markets.

At present, Red Flag H9 has a total of 5 models in the domestic market, and it is also the flagship series of Red Flag. It is positioned as a high-end model in China, with a price of 30.98-539800 yuan.

Although there is a certain gap between Hongqi and joint venture car enterprises in terms of independent research and development technology, as the best representative model of "Chinese", Red Flag has a mission to lead Chinese to compete in the international market. From the current red flag brand development point of view, the performance is also excellent. Data show that FAW Red Flag accumulated sales of more than 100000 vehicles in 2019 and more than 200000 in 2020. Only in terms of sales volume, the Red Flag brand has indeed completed a huge transformation. According to FAW Group, FAW Red Flag sold 32500 vehicles in January, an increase of 158% over the same period last year, temporarily leading brands such as Cadillac and Volvo.
