The negotiation between the two sides did not go well at the beginning. It was only with the intervention of the office of industry and commerce that the store assured Ms. Li of a refund on January 20. As a result, Ms. Li's 92800 yuan was owed by the store all the time. The shop owner responded to this, saying that the date of pick-up was not indicated on the contract, and the owner's money had been transferred to the Mustang factory and could only be refunded after receiving payment from other cars. Ms. Li once again assured Ms. Li that the money would be transferred to Ms. Li before February 5. Ms. Li accepted.

After many times of checking, as the shopkeeper replied, the contract did not specify a specific time to pick up the car, but only wrote "pick up the car in order".

At present, Ms. Li has not yet received the payment, and the industry and commerce department is also further involved in this matter.
