Throughout the Top15 complaint list in March this year, six German models were on the list, while there were as many as nine Japanese models. Perhaps German and Japanese brands have higher sales, and with the growth of ownership, complaints about their models are more likely.

Specifically, Germany occupies the largest number of seats from Volkswagen models, such as Tanyue, Suiteng, Maiteng, Tuguan L and Bora, and the top three models on this list are also Volkswagen. Among them, the model problem is mainly covered in the engine and gearbox, so it can be seen that the problems of Volkswagen models are more unified.

It is worth mentioning that in January this year, Tanyue was still in eighth place, but last month it ranked second, and this month it rose to the first place, with an amazing "performance." The specific problems are also reflected in the abnormal noise of the engine, the abnormal sound of the gearbox, the problem of sudden setbacks, and the normality of the headlights of the model, the number of complaints has increased to 228 from 68 last month, which shows a significant increase in the number of complaints.

At the same time, there is another German brand on this month's list, which is also from Volkswagen's Audi model, mainly because of the engine. It is obvious that the problems in the engine and gearbox of Volkswagen products are the root cause of the brand.

I have to say, it is admirable that Volkswagen models can still maintain high sales when the problem can not be solved all the time. For example, FAW-Volkswagen Tanyue, Maiteng, Suiteng, Bora and SAIC-Volkswagen Tuguan L, which are all at the top of the list this month, achieved 168400 vehicles, 164700 vehicles, 299800 vehicles, 326300 vehicles and 178600 vehicles respectively in 2020, all of which have outstanding sales in sub-areas.

In addition to German brands, Japanese brands are also daily waiting for the models on the complaint list, which is indeed quite surprising. after all, Japanese brands have always focused on the reputation of low economy and low maintenance, but now this does not seem to be the case. The specific models are mainly reflected in the Japanese "Big three" of Toyota, Nissan and Honda. The most important thing is that Toyota, which has the best reputation among the "Big three", has the largest working model, including Camry, Carola and Rayling. Carola and Leiling are mainly reflected in the engine and gearbox problems, but the Camry reflects the static dimension of instrument cracking, abnormal noise control and other really should not.

As for the problem of Nissan models, it is also an old problem, such as the sudden noise of the gearbox, the abnormal noise of the engine, and even the abnormal situation of burning engine oil, which is mainly reflected in the old models of Qijun, Xiaoke and Xuanyi.

The Honda brand has three models on the list, namely the Accord, the Feido and the CR-V. The increase and emulsification of oil in the CR-V are already the old problems of the model, but the manufacturer has already given a solution to this problem. Only Accord and flying are the norm for Honda models.

According to the complaint list in March this year, Japanese and German models appeared on the list, perhaps because of the increase in ownership, leading to an increase in the probability of problems in brand models, which also shows that manufacturers do not pay enough attention to such problems. After all, it is common to see models of other cars not on the list this month, indicating that the problem has been alleviated.
