According to the official pictures, the front face of the new car has a brand new design, the headlight group uses a square design similar to the tank 300, and the interior of the headlamp is a circular belt with a certain degree of recognition. The taillight group adopts a penetrating design, which echoes with the front face. In addition, the new car uses the Great Wall Gun LOGO before and after, indicating that the new car will belong to the Great Wall Gun series.

According to officials, the new pickup is based on Great Wall's new off-road platform and is powered by a 3.0T engine that matches a nine-speed manual transmission. At the same time, the new car adopts front and rear double-arm four-wheel independent suspension, and also supports optional air suspension + electronically controlled shock absorber system.

The Great Wall Cannon is a pickup model owned by Great Wall Motors, which was officially launched at the Chengdu Auto Show in 2019. The new car is based on the special platform of Great Wall P71 pickup and has three products: commercial pickup, passenger pickup and cross-country pickup. The current product price is 9.78-207800 yuan.

In fact, the focus of this new pickup is not the design or whether it belongs to the Great Wall cannon series, but its 3.0T+9AT power combination, and the core factor that determines whether the car can become a popular style is the price. From the official disclosure of information and product positioning, it is not difficult to judge that this new pickup truck is positioned on the Great Wall cannon, and its price may be more than 250000 yuan.

At present, the name of the new car is still unknown. According to the Trademark Office, Great Wall Motor has applied for electric gun, wild gun, travel gun, black bomb, thunderbolt gun, human cannon and so on. According to the previous naming method of Great Wall Automobile, the new pickup truck will adopt a new name.
