The whole process from braking to collision was recorded in 2 seconds. The car owner may not hit the brakes hard enough, and the epoxy floor may be slippery on rainy days. These are the causes of the accident.
Wuxi Tesla relevant responsible person responded that according to the information collected at the scene and Tesla background data, the vehicle did not have any problems, the braking system did not find any fault. The car owner did not accept such a response and asked Tesla to provide the investigation results and vehicle records, but the relevant person in charge of Tesla said he had no right to provide vehicle records.
