Seeing that Hongguang MINIEV is so popular in the market, Changan New Energy is naturally "hard to say". Although it is a new model of the Mercedes-Benz E-Star, it does not continue the design of the model on sale, but returns to the old Mercedes-Benz EV. Although the styling is not as stylish and young as the model on sale, it has also been adjusted so that it does not look too out of date. More importantly, the price of the national version of the Mercedes-Benz E-Star is only 29800 yuan, which is half lower than the price of the cash model, and of course the mileage has also been "shrunk" to 150km.

From the perspective of price and positioning, the national version of Changan Mercedes-Benz E-Star is aimed at Wuling Hongguang MINIEV. However, judging from the current market performance, although the sales volume of the Mercedes-Benz E-Star has increased significantly than before, the distance compared to the Hongguang MINIEV is still very large. Hongguang MINIEV has not yet released specific sales in the first quarter, but sales of 57000 vehicles in the first two months have lagged behind the Mercedes-Benz E-Star.

In terms of the development of the follow-up market, Changan Mercedes-Benz E-Star is still inferior to Wuling Hongguang MINIEV. It is understood that Hongguang MINIEV macarons will be officially launched on April 8, and official statistics show that orders for new cars have exceeded 23000 only five days after they were booked. The new Hongguang MINI EV has been upgraded in appearance, interior and configuration, and its follow-up development is still considerable if the price remains the same.
