CX-30 is the latest small SUV launched by Changan Mazda, but the current performance of CX-30 in the market is not good, with cumulative sales of 18120 vehicles in 2020 and monthly sales of about 3000 vehicles, which is a big gap compared with colorful Intelligence / XR-V, Tanguo and other models. From this point of view, if the CX-30 has an accident in the PICC research test, it may lead to the deterioration of its sales.

Ruiji is a compact SUV of Changan Ford, which is currently a best-selling model under Changan Ford. It is equipped with a 2.0T four-cylinder engine and provides two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive for consumers to choose from. In terms of powertrain, Ford Ruiji is very sincere, but compared with CR-V, Haoying and RAV4 models, Ford Ruiji's performance is lukewarm.

The C-HR is the first small SUV under GAC Toyota, and sales of the model are also relatively mediocre in the market, with cumulative sales of 54184 vehicles in 2020 and monthly sales of about 4500 vehicles. It is worth mentioning that China Insurance Research C-IASI has conducted a collision test on FAW Toyota Yize, crashworthiness and maintenance economy is A, occupant safety, pedestrian safety and vehicle auxiliary safety are all G. Among them, in the front 25% offset collision, although the front wheel is seriously deformed and invaded the cockpit, the protection of the occupants in the car is still excellent due to the protection of the airbag. As a sister model, the C-HR may be able to achieve good results, but in the face of the new regulations, there are still a lot of unknown.

The last model is the Citroen Tianyi C5 AIRCROSS, which has little presence in the market, with cumulative sales of 9528 vehicles in 2020 and monthly sales of less than 1000. This is the first time that Citroen has participated in the test of China Insurance Research C-IASI, and if the test results are not satisfactory, it may affect its final market performance.

C-IASI is one of the third-party vehicle evaluation institutions in China, but due to many disputes in the evaluation results of Haoying models, its rigor has been questioned. However, with the implementation of the new procedures, perhaps its reputation will also be repaired to some extent. As for the performance of the above five models, we will wait and see!
