The new car has launched a total of three models, with a subsidized price of 28.1-360000 yuan, which will be delivered as soon as October.

Since the polar krypton 001 is based on Lecker ZERO Concept, its overall shape is not much different from that of the concept car, so it is more like the flagship model of the Lecker brand. From the outside, Pole Krypton 001 retains the classic split headlights of Lecker, and the headlights are integrated with the forward air grille at the same time. Coupled with the relatively low front, the front face of Pole Krypton 001 still has a high degree of recognition. The side lines of the car body are smooth, and there are not too many complex designs, while the rear part of the car body adopts hunting design to further enhance the sense of movement. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4970/1999/1560mm, wheelbase 3005mm, positioning medium-sized sedan.

Polar Krypton 001 interior design and most pure electric vehicle systems, the overall layout is relatively simple. The new car uses an 8.8-inch full LCD dashboard and a 15.4-inch suspended central control screen, most of which can be achieved through the central control screen, so there are only a small number of physical buttons in the car.

In terms of power, Pole Krypton 001 launched three models, namely long-range dual-motor WE version, ultra-long-range single-motor WE version, ultra-long-range dual-motor YOU version. Among them, the double motor version is equipped with permanent magnet twin electric drive system, the maximum power 400kW, peak torque 768N ·m. The single motor version carries a single motor with RWD, the maximum power 200kW, and the peak torque of 384N ·m.

It took less than a month from the establishment of the joint venture to the launch of the first model. On March 23, Geely Motor and Geely Holdings formed a joint venture, Polar Krypton, with a capital injection of 2 billion yuan, with Geely Motor holding 51% and Geely Holdings 49%.

In fact, although polar krypton is a brand new brand of Geely, polar krypton 001 is based on Lecker ZERO Concept, and the new car uses a hollowed-out style brand logo. Therefore, the polar krypton brand can be regarded as a pure electric brand of Lectra.

At present, Geely owns three pure electric brands: geometry car, Maple Leaf car and Polar Krypton car. Among them, Geometry belongs to Geely's high-end pure electric brand, although it is Geely's high-end pure electric brand, but the high-end image is general, consumers do not buy it, and sales in 2020 are only 10300. Maple Leaf is also a pure electric brand under Geely, but it mainly focuses on the B-end market, and the personal consumption market accounts for a relatively small share. As a result, Geely plans to launch a new pure electric high-end brand.

Let's take a look at LinkedIn. In fact, LinkedIn has new energy models on sale, including 01 PHEV and 02 PHEV, but the sales are very low. In 2020, the cumulative sales of Lecker was 175500, of which only more than 2000 new energy models were sold. The gap in sales is huge. Maybe you don't want the Lecker brand to become a pure electric brand, or in order to maintain the brand image, the extreme krypton brand is born.

Judging from the price of polar krypton 001, the competitive market is very fierce. Polar Krypton 001's competitors include Changan Ford Mustang Mach-E, Tesla Model 3, Biadihan, Volkswagen ID.4 CROZZ, and even Geely's Polar Star 2 may have internal consumption. It can be said that the future performance of polar krypton 001 is full of imagination.
