3. Zheng, the process engineer of the 19th Division, Yu, the production foreman, Hu, the production team leader, and Zhang, the painter, played mahjong with the suppliers.

4. Liao, the project leader of the equipment Technology Center of the Electronic Enterprise Group, accepted bribes from suppliers.

5. Gu, a resource development engineer in the supply chain management center of the electronic enterprise group, illegally accepts banquets and gifts from suppliers.

6. Li, a security guard of the third Division of track Business, was criminally detained by the public security organ on suspicion of setting up a casino, and illegally accepted food invitations from waste recyclers.

7. Shen, head of security, Zhou, and Zhang, security leader, of the third division of track business, illegally accepted invitations from waste recyclers.

Typical cases of corruption in the fourth quarter of 2020 are as follows:

Zhang, a process engineer in the 11th Division, accepts bribes from suppliers, violates the procurement procedures and requires suppliers to transfer external processing orders to their classmates' companies, provide paid services to suppliers, and undertake engineering projects outside the company. send part of the orders for external projects to our suppliers and organize employees to work outside the company.

5. Li, the general section chief of the 23rd Division, had economic exchanges with the business personnel of the cooperation unit and illegally received the festival fee.

6. Hou, a senior process engineer of Fudi Power Co., Ltd., receives holiday red envelopes from suppliers.

7. Zhang, chief of the equipment section of Fudi Power Co., Ltd., transfers money and goods for the supplier.

8. Ke, head of the Resource Development Section of the Public function Department of Fudi Battery Group, illegally accepted invitations and gifts from suppliers.

9. Zhang, head of the canteen of the logistics department, illegally accepted money from suppliers.

10. Fu, the manager of the direct management department of the new energy vehicle, Li, the customer service commissioner, Ai and Deng, the junior sales consultant, Wei and Deng, and Li, the operation manager, participated in illegal activities and earned points.

According to statistics, in 2020, BYD announced a total of 36 typical cases, including 5 typical cases in the first quarter, 9 typical cases in the second quarter, and 12 typical cases in the third and fourth quarters.

In addition to vigorously investigating and dealing with internal corruption, BYD also advocates clean communication rules for cooperative stalls. It is understood that every quarter, the BYD Inspection Office will invite suppliers to participate in the satisfaction questionnaire to understand the real situation between BYD and suppliers, and to promote and maintain a good cooperative relationship.

For example, during the holidays, some cooperative units will give gifts to the relevant business personnel of the company, but according to BYD regulations, employees should refuse any gifts from personnel of other units, and shall not accept all kinds of hospitality, meals, invitations and other activities from personnel of other units without authorization. No matter the gift has been rejected, returned or received, the employee must report to the company for the record through the OA anti-corruption filing process within three working days. BYD will investigate the giving unit's liability for breach of contract in accordance with the contract or sunshine cooperation agreement, impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan, and take measures such as disqualification for cooperation and inclusion in the blacklist of partners.
