Ms. Wang said that Tesla said it was caused by improper operation by the driver. Ms. Wang was sure that the brakes could not be stepped on at that time, but after all, Tesla was a big company and had background data as a basis, so she finally chose to believe Tesla's statement.

After a month, the same situation occurred in the same position. According to surveillance footage, when Ms. Wang's husband was driving Model Y into the garage, the car rushed straight into the garage without significantly slowing down, and the taillight came on at the moment when it hit the wall. Ms. Wang's husband said there was no response the first time he hit the brake, so he had already hit it when he lifted it up and stepped on it again. Ms. Wang said that she has 17 years of driving experience and her husband has 35 years of driving experience, which is equivalent to the same situation encountered by both drivers of a car.

In response to the above incidents, Tesla Zhejiang media public relations official said that the first time was that Ms. Wang did not hit the brakes, and the second time was because Ms. Wang's husband stepped on the brakes 0.2 seconds before the collision, and both accidents were caused by the driver's operation. Tesla has no problem with testing the vehicle, on the one hand, the background data, on the other hand, the monitoring screen shows that the taillight before the collision is not on. Tesla said that in view of the two accidents, he will communicate and negotiate with customers, and the car owner can also test the vehicle through a third-party appraisal agency.

When asked whether background data could be provided, Tesla said that it could only be provided at the written request of the public security bureau, procuratorate, court and other government regulatory departments.
