So why are there so many dusty Tesla parked here?

Shenma travel once communicated with Tesla, but the results were not satisfactory. Due to the lack of service stations, insufficient supporting facilities, and waiting for the supply of spare parts for too long, the vehicles with click failure ranged from delivery to maintenance, from one month to one year. According to statistics, the average affected time of faulty vehicles is about 45 days, and the cumulative delay is as high as 3560000 minutes, resulting in direct economic losses as high as 6.5 million yuan.

On April 28, 2019, Shenma appeared to defend his rights at Tesla's store in the form of "three billboards". According to the person in charge, since 2016, Shenma has chosen Tesla as the main service model, but there have been a lot of quality problems in the process, and a lot of losses have been caused by Tesla. Up to now, there are still many Tesla vehicles waiting for maintenance, which is why the Tesla model of Shenma can be seen in the logistics center covered with dust.

However, the person in charge said that the currently operating Tesla model does not have problems such as braking, braking and spontaneous combustion that consumers pay attention to, but battery decay, mechanical failures such as inability to eject the door handle, central control screen failure, abnormal noise in the car, and so on. The person in charge also said that before Tesla built the factory in Shanghai, both spare parts and maintenance network were not perfect, resulting in a lot of loss of time and efficiency. At the same time, because Tesla's technology was not public, he was unable to maintain in other maintenance institutions, and high-frequency failures directly affected normal business operations.

With regard to the more than 30 Tesla parked in the logistics park, the person in charge said that it has not been parked there since 2019, and this number is not absolute, but has increased and decreased in the course of operation. 10 of them were put in at the end of February or early March this year.
