It is understood that Tanyue's main complaints include engine exhaust failure, high fuel consumption, engine start and stop system failures, and so on. Because of the above problems, Tanyue has topped the list of complaints for three months in a row.

Maiteng and Suiteng are also the best-selling models of the Volkswagen brand, but the complaints are also much higher than those of other brands. It is understood that due to gearbox computer board failure, gearbox fault light, gearbox slide box failure, gearbox abnormal noise and other problems, the number of complaints in April is second only to Tanyue. Suiteng's performance in terms of quality was also dismal, as problems such as abnormal gearbox noise, engine noise, brake noise and gearbox setbacks ranked third on the list of car complaints in April. In addition, SAIC-Volkswagen Touguan L also appears on the list. as a sister model of Tanyue, the main complaint problems of Touguan L are basically the same as those of Tanyue, ranking fourth with 62 complaints in that month.

Generally speaking, the complaints of Volkswagen brand models are inseparable from the two major components of gearbox and engine, which is the main reason why the number of complaints of Volkswagen brand models is much higher than that of other models. in addition, the glitch caused by body parts is also the main problem of consumer complaints.

In addition to the Volkswagen brand, Audi brand two models also have a higher number of complaints. Audi A4L ranked sixth in the list of vehicle complaints that month due to engine antifreeze leakage, abnormal gearbox noise and other problems. Audi A6L ranked eighth on the list of vehicle complaints that month due to gearbox computer board problems, skylight leakage, engine flameout and jitter.

In addition, four Japanese models appear on the list, including Honda Feido, Accord and Nissan Qijun and Xuanyi. Honda's main complaints are engine noise, engine failure to start, transmission setbacks, and body rust. Accord's main complaints are engine oil leakage, transmission fault lights, tire wear of the front and rear axle and suspension system, and brake system jitter. Nissan Qijun's main complaint problems are transmission failure to accelerate, transmission setback, transmission failure light, transmission slide box failure, Xuanyi's main complaint problems are transmission setback, transmission noise, transmission slide box, car body rust.
