The after-sales manager of the 4S store said he was not clear about the cause of Passat's spontaneous combustion. As for the practice of taking away the memory card of the driving recorder, the after-sales manager said that the 4S store just wanted to confirm the cause of the fire at that time. However, the memory card did not record the situation at the time of the incident. So why is the video in the memory card missing? The after-sales manager said that when we brought the video up to the 25th, the car failure occurred on the 26th, overhauled the 4S store on the 27th, and Passat caught fire on the 28th. The after-sales manager said that the 4S store wanted customers to provide evidence of Passat's spontaneous combustion, but in the eyes of Mr. Wang and Ms. Yang, such a request was unreasonable. Mr. Wang said that normally, in the case of spontaneous combustion, the manufacturer has taken the initiative to check what causes the spontaneous combustion. If it is a circuit problem, the manufacturer will improve it. If the spontaneity is caused by the veil, the manufacturer should investigate where the towel comes from, whether it is personnel error or other reasons, which is what the manufacturer should do.
