In addition, Lu Yi served as vice president of marketing, sales and service and president of national sales service organization of Changan Ford, and served as a member of the executive management committee of Changan Ford.

On April 28th, Ford China issued an important adjustment to its business management model in China, announcing the establishment of the Ford China brand passenger car division, with Lyle Watters, president of Ford Motor South America and international markets, as the general manager of the division. In addition, Ford China has also established a commercial vehicle division, with Wang Wentao, former president and chairman of the executive committee of Jiangling Motor Co., Ltd., the first general manager of the commercial vehicle division. In the future, Ford will focus on four major areas of Ford brand passenger cars, commercial vehicles, Lincoln brands and pure electric vehicle business in China.

Data show that Yang Song has held important positions in Dongfeng Nissan, Bowo Automobile and other car companies. In April 2019, Yang Song joined Changan Ford as president of Changan Ford's national sales and service organization. At this time, the sales of Changan Ford once declined, and Yang Song was ordered to join Changan Ford in the face of danger. Of course, judging from the current sales of Changan Ford, it has indeed achieved a phased rebound, and Yang Song's contribution to Changan Ford is undeniable.

Lu Yi has also held important positions in a number of international car companies, starting his automotive career with BMW as vice president of government affairs and public relations, BMW Eastern Director and BMW Vice President of sales in China. Since then, he has served as president of Jaguar Land Rover China and Chery Jaguar Land Rover joint marketing and after-sales service organization, and general manager of Dongfeng Nissan Infiniti and Infiniti China. Before becoming president of NDSD of Changan Ford, Lu Yi also served as vice president of Audi China for two years.

It is worth mentioning that Changan Ford also made personnel adjustments in April. He Xiaoqing served as vice president of Changan Ford, fully responsible for the operation of Changan Ford, and accelerated the promotion of Changan Ford's three-year revitalization plan by speeding up product introduction and improving product quality. Changan Ford's sales have been declining since 2017, and even though affected by the epidemic, it still achieved double-digit growth in 2020. Although the overall sales volume is not high, it is significantly better than other passenger car manufacturers.
