Recently, Dongfeng Nissan released the latest sales figures, showing that Dongfeng Nissan terminal sales in April were 101762 vehicles, up 4.5 per cent from a year earlier. As in previous months, Xuanyi, Teana, Xiaoke and Qijun are still the main selling models of Dongfeng Nissan.
Specifically. Xuanyi remains the absolute source of Dongfeng Nissan's sales, with terminal sales of 45725 vehicles in April, up from 44209 in March and 170288 from January to April. The new Qijun front face still uses the family-style V-Motion design, but the forward gas grille is larger than the cash, and the headlights on both sides use a split design. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the car body are 4681/1840/1730mm, wheelbase 2706mm respectively, and the body size is higher than that of the current model.
Domestic Qijun continues the design style of overseas models, matching three-frame steering wheel, suspended central control screen and brand-new shift lever. Domestic Qijun carries a 1.5T three-cylinder turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 150kW and a maximum torque of 300N ·m, which is matched with a new generation of CVT gearbox. For comparison, the current Qijun is equipped with 2.0L and 2.5L naturally aspirated engines, with maximum power of 111kw and 133kw, and peak torque of 194Nm and 239Nm.

Although the new Qijun 1.5T VC-TURBO three-cylinder engine has been improved in terms of parameters compared with the new models, the acceptance of the three-cylinder engine by domestic consumers is generally not high, and many car companies have failed on the three-cylinder engine. Qichen brand can be ignored directly. According to the data, the terminal sales of Dongfeng Nissan Qichen models increased 14.4% year-on-year and 15.5% month-on-month. Although the Qichen brand has returned to Dongfeng Nissan, there has not been much improvement in sales, and specific sales are rarely announced. Although Qichen brand return to Dongfeng Nissan, may be able to get more technical support, but in the end is still a product problem, the return of Dongfeng Nissan can not solve consumers' stereotype of Qichen brand.
If you look at Dongfeng Nissan alone, Nissan sells more than a joint venture between Toyota and Honda in China. However, Nissan has fewer best-selling models and is more aggressive in its product process than Toyota and Honda. Take Toyota as an example, although FAW Toyota and Guangzhou Auto Toyota have also replaced the Camry and Carola models with three-cylinder engines, and their power parameters are stronger than the previous models on sale, they are not all replaced with three-cylinder engines.
