It is understood that this Model S was bought by Mr. Shen at a cost of 980000 yuan. After this accident, the Model S is almost scrapped, it takes about 400000 yuan to repair the car, the salvage value of the vehicle is only 100000 yuan, and the insurance compensation is about 500000 yuan, that is, a "50% discount." Mr. Shen believed that the autopilot of the car was defective and asked Tesla to return the car.

Regarding Mr. Shen's appeal, the public relations official said that this was a normal traffic accident, and the traffic police also decided that the taxi was fully responsible. If we need Tesla's compensation or compensation, it may not be after the scope of liability.
