Seeing so many rich configurations, many consumers are moved by it. Many car owners go to 4S stores to see their cars, but most 4S stores do not have real cars. 4S stores promise that the configuration of real cars is consistent with the configuration advertised by manufacturers, and many consumers have decided out of their trust in 4S stores.
