The reward object can be sorted through the successful acceptance time of the application materials submitted by the "Hainan charging pile" mobile phone APP, on a first-come-first-served basis. The reward object is the motor vehicle owner who buys new energy vehicles in Hainan automobile sales enterprises and registers them with the traffic management department of Hainan public security organs, including individuals and non-individual users.

Among them, the reward is 6000 yuan for each car with a purchase price of less than 100000 yuan, 8000 yuan for each car with a purchase price of 100000 yuan (including) to 200000 yuan (inclusive), and 10000 yuan for each car with a purchase price above 200000 yuan.

Hainan's promotion of new energy vehicles and the ban on the sale of fuel vehicles can be traced back to 2018. By the end of 2020, the number of new energy vehicles in Hainan exceeded 64000, accounting for 4.2%, about 2.4% higher than the national average and ranking fourth in the country.
