Ms. Zhang also said that after comparing the data provided by other accident riders and analyzing by industry experts, she found that the data provided by Tesla was seriously missing. She hoped that Tesla would provide complete driving data as soon as possible. In addition, Ms. Zhang hoped to carry out third-party vehicle testing as soon as possible, but Tesla's so-called hardware testing, while Ms. Zhang believed that the cause of the accident was due to the software system. At the same time, Ms. Zhang stressed that at present, there are no testing standards and regulations for smart cars with self-driving functions. Ms. Zhang said that by comparing with the driving data of other accident riders, it was found that Ms. Zhang's data lacked important parameters, including key data such as brake pedal displacement and motor torque. Ms. Zhang believes that although the accident is different, this proves that Tesla actually recorded the relevant data, so she also has the ability and responsibility to provide comprehensive data to car owners.

Ms. Zhang said that after safeguarding the rights of the Shanghai auto show, the AQSIQ urged the municipal supervision bureau of Henan to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in accordance with the law. against this background, the relevant departments required Tesla to provide himself with complete data 30 minutes before the accident. Only then did Tesla provide the relevant data. However, Ms. Zhang thought that the data provided by Tesla was incomplete, so she made three requests to the Municipal Supervision Bureau of Zhengdong New District of Zhengzhou City to urge Tesla to supplement the data, but so far Tesla has not provided complete data.

Ms. Zhang said that her main demand was to get the complete original driving data before the vehicle accident. After suing Tesla for reputation rights, she will continue to appeal against Tesla's request to provide complete data.
