On the evening of the same day, the Taizhou traffic police officially issued a police notice: at about 17: 15 on May 17, Chen Moulong drove a small car through the 104 West double-track Viaduct on Luoyang Street, Luoqiao District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, when he collided with the traffic police who were dealing with the traffic accident at the scene, resulting in a traffic accident in which two traffic police officers were injured.
