According to the owner's complaint information, the version of the car is slow to update and upgrade, which is not in line with the advertised OTA upgrade; the version of the navigation system is old, there is often a detour, and there is no interval speed measurement; the 1.8t low distribution engine system has been upgraded, but the more expensive 1.5t car engine system is not upgraded. The atmosphere lamp false propaganda, the respect type only has the atmosphere lamp at the roof glasses box and the front door panel, which is far from the top sharing center console, handbox and back door panel, but the gap is not explained during the promotion.

In addition to not supporting OTA, users also report that the car machine stutters. Because the hardware configuration is too old, if you continue to support OTA, it can only become more and more stuttered, because the capacity of the system will increase with each upgrade.

From the perspective of the models complained by Jiaji, most of the models complained by users are those with 1.5T engine. Instead of a car with a 1.8T engine. According to the feedback from the car owners, the manufacturer has upgraded the GKUI19 version of the 1.8T model and 21 models, while the 1.5T model has not yet been upgraded.

A complaint owner said: "the car map version is old, the official propaganda supports the OTA service, and the navigation version has not been upgraded so far." It is hoped that the manufacturer will come up with a specific vehicle system upgrade schedule as soon as possible. As this belongs to the car machine system problem, the 4S store is currently powerless, so on this issue has nothing to do with the service attitude of the 4s store, please Geely manufacturers to assign a special person to dock with the car owner, in order to better communicate with the car owner. "

It is understood that Jiaji is Geely's first MPV model, focusing on the household MPV market, positioning compact MPV. Listed in 2019, a total of 11 models with 1.5T, 1.8T turbocharged, 1.5T+48V light hybrid and 1.5T plug-in hybrid are launched, with a guided price range of 9.98-215800 yuan, of which traditional fuel-powered models range from 9.98 yuan to 148800 yuan; PHEV models range from 19.28 yuan to 215800 yuan, with a subsidized price of 15.98 yuan to 182800 yuan. Jiaji sales volume has been lukewarm after the listing, compared with Wuling Hongguang, Baojun 730, Buick GL8 and other models, there is still a large gap. According to public data, Geely Jiaji sold 28772 units from January to December 2020, with an average monthly sales of more than 2300 units. In the same period, Wuling Hongguang sold 283359 units, Buick GL8 156777 and Baojun 730 57164.

In 2021, Jiaji's sales have dropped sharply. According to relevant data, Geely Jiaji sold 319 vehicles in April, compared with only 4436 from January to April.

It is worth noting that Geely officially announced a few days ago that the prices of its colorful Rui and Jiaji models have been adjusted back, of which the price of colorful Rui has been adjusted back by 5000 yuan and that of Jiaji by 2000 yuan. After the price correction, the price range of Jiaji models is 94800 yuan-139800 yuan; the price range of colorful Rui is 91800 yuan-109800 yuan. Officials said the reason for the price correction was the end of the "2 billion yuan red envelope for car purchase" activity, which only returned to normal prices, not price increases.
