Today, the Great Wall WEY officially announced the color naming of the WEY mocha. From the naming point of view, they all use "Coffee style", which are hazelnut lattes, toffee lattes, vanilla lattes, blueberry lattes, black tea lattes, meteorite lattes and coconut wind lattes. It is understood that the body name of the WEY latte is selected by the user's vote.

It is understood that the WEY latte is the third model named after coffee after the Mocha and Macchiato. The new car is located in the compact SUV, which was debuted at the Shanghai auto show earlier and is expected to go on sale within the third quarter.

The new car uses the latest family design language, the front face is equipped with a wide hexagonal geometric middle net, and the hexagonal intake grille adopts a new lock armour style, with the family lamp group design on both sides and the front surround of chrome decoration.

In terms of power, the new car is expected to be the first model to take 1.5T intelligent hybrid DHT, focusing on the economy in urban use scenarios, and can realize various working modes such as EV driving, hybrid drive, series drive, energy recovery, idle charging and so on. The total power of the system reaches 175kW and the maximum torque is 530N ·m, which will be matched by the DHT130 hybrid gearbox, which uses only 7.5s for 0-100km/h acceleration and only 4.9L/100km fuel consumption. The continued voyage with full fuel and electricity will exceed the 1000km.

From the naming point of view, "WEY Mocha" is completely different from previous products, using a new naming style, a new appearance design and a new platform architecture, seems to want to change the market impression of the WEY brand. Based on this, WEY Mocha, as the latest SUV model of WEY brand, implies the new development direction of WEY brand, including macchiato, latte and other models that will be launched in the future.
