In terms of body size, it is similar to the current model, but the parameters of the conventional version and the GR Sport version are slightly different, but the wheelbase of both models is 2850mm. Among them, the length, width and height of the conventional version of the model is 4950x1945xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx; the Sport version of gr model is 4965/1945/1990mm.

In terms of interior decoration, the overall T-shaped central control layout of the new Lande Cool Luze uses a suspended central information entertainment screen and adds a large number of buttons, which Toyota says is to keep it intuitive and easy for users to operate in off-road situations; buttons will enable users to access the system menu and a variety of driving modes of the vehicle, which has been the main focus of the car design. The new car seat still uses the familiar 2x3 + 2seven seat layout.

In terms of power, the new Rand Cool Luze introduced a 3.5T twin-turbocharged V6 gasoline engine with a maximum power of 409 horsepower and a peak torque of 650 Nm, which is stronger than the old 5.7L V8, which accelerates in only 6.7 seconds from 0 to 100 km / h.

In the cross-country aspect, the approach angle of the new car is 32 °, the departure angle is 26.5 °, and the ground clearance 230mm. At the same time, the new car's four-wheel drive system is also equipped with terrain selection system and central differential lock, tank U-turn, creep mode and high-speed four-wheel drive and other functions are equipped. In addition, the new car adopts the design of "80L main fuel tank + 30L auxiliary fuel tank".

Toyota Rand Cool Luze, which is one of the most popular off-road models and one of Toyota's oldest models, has sold more than 10 million vehicles worldwide by 2019. It is not known whether the new car will be introduced to China in the future.
