And these maintenance information is not shown on the sales page of the official App. "when I bought a car, the sales page only showed that the front bumper had been replaced," Mr. Liu said. "as a result, so many places have been repaired that if I knew it, I wouldn't have spent more than 300,000 yuan on this car." Mr. Liu said the car's details page showed that it left the factory in August 2019, showed a total mileage of 30644 kilometers, replaced the front bumper, and did not mention other maintenance information.

As for the car purchase process, Mr. Liu said that there are also irregularities. Because according to the car purchase agreement, NIO will provide consumers with an "official used car inspection confirmation", and the car owner can complete the purchase process only after signing the confirmation. Mr Liu said: he has not received the official confirmation of used car inspection so far.
