The specific technical indicators are as follows:

First, the number of seats: not more than 4.

Third, the quality of the equipment: no more than 750kg.

Speed: the maximum speed in 30 minutes is greater than or equal to 40 km/h and less than 70 km/h.

6. Battery energy density: not lower than 70Wh/kg.

7. Acceleration performance: the acceleration time of 0 km/h~30 km/h is less than 10 seconds.

Since May, Shanghai has taken the lead in adjusting the license plate policy for new energy vehicles, restricting the license plates of mini new energy vehicles with a length of less than 100000 yuan or less than 4.6 meters.
