Tanyue is a best-selling model owned by FAW-Volkswagen, with an average monthly sales of more than 10,000 vehicles, and is a regular customer in the top 10 of the domestic SUV market. However, such a model has also become a hot model for consumer complaints. According to the data, there were 1613 complaints in the first half of this year, far higher than Mai Teng, which ranked second. It is understood that the main complaint problems of Tanyue include engine exhaust failure and high fuel consumption, among which engine exhaust failure and high engine fuel consumption are concentrated complaints by car owners, and many car owners report that the fuel consumption of Tanyue particle catcher is too high, resulting in vehicle acceleration failure, increased fuel consumption, shift setbacks, and so on.

Tanyue has been complained by car owners for many months because of the blockage of particle traps, but at present, manufacturers have not fundamentally solved the problem, resulting in complaints from car owners, which in turn leads to a continuous decline in sales. Data show that Volkswagen explored mountain retail volume of 56943 vehicles in the first half of the year, and sales continued to decline. As a sister model of Tan Yue, the Tuguan L has also been complained by a number of car owners because of the blockage of the particle trap, but it does not seem to be that serious, with 372 complaints in the first half of the year.

Fast Teng and Maiteng, owned by FAW-Volkswagen, are also on the list, which are also Volkswagen's best-selling models. It is understood that Suiteng and Maiteng complaints are mainly engine, gearbox, body accessories and electrical three major system problems, of which Suiteng mainly concentrated in 2018 models and 2019 models, Maiteng mainly concentrated in 2017 models and 2018 models. In addition, the Audi A4L has become the only luxury model on the list due to engine antifreeze leakage, abnormal gearbox noise and other problems.

Japanese models Nissan Xuanyi, Mazda Atez and Toyota Corolla are on the list. Nissan's main complaints are transmission setbacks, abnormal transmission noise, transmission can not accelerate and other problems, but because of the high sales of Xuanyi in the market, it is not surprising to appear on the list. Mazda Atez, its main complaints are car body noise, central control noise, car interior noise, skylight noise and so on. Prior to this, Atez continued to dominate the list because of the problem of abnormal noise, and many car owners gave it the nickname "Art squeak". However, with the launch of the new Atz model, the problem seems to have been solved, and Attez has rarely been seen on the list in recent months. As for Carola, the main complaints were gearbox bumps and gearbox noises.

In addition, American Buick Yinglang and independent Chuanqi GS4 are on the list. The problems complained by Chuanqi GS4 are mainly abnormal transmission noise, vehicle interconnection failure, car body rust, engine oil leakage and other problems, mainly focused on 2017 models. Buick Yinglang's main complaints are abnormal steering system noise, engine jitter, steering system stagnation, engine noise, mainly concentrated in 2016, 2017 and 2018 models.

The list reveals some problems in product quality control and provides some reference value for consumers to buy cars to a certain extent. Judging from the list, the top 10 models complained about this month are basically hot models in the market, and models with high sales volume are also more likely to be on the list, and the models on the list do not mean that the quality is poor.
