Specifically, the cushion is high in front and low in the back, the seat and backrest form an angle, the back support is weak, easy to get tired, and the lumbar disc protrudes easily; the head pillow is hard, and the position is in the front, it will withstand the head, neck and shoulders without support; the angle between the thigh seat position can not be adjusted, the hip pressure is great, and the front end of the thigh has a sense of pressure. Second, the back angle of the back seat is straight and can not be adjusted.

It is worth noting that with the fermentation of things, Lailai held a communication meeting on personalized seat comfort experience in Hefei, which is suspected to solve the problem that a large number of car owners reflect the seat. Xilai responded: this is not a design flaw, this adjustment is a charge. The design of NIO seat is partial to sports orientation, but some users have more comfort requirements and need to make personalized plans. If the full set is upgraded, the car owner will have to pay a fee of 2800 yuan to 3000 yuan. Take the ES8 as an example, the seat basin angle adjustment: 200 yuan; the seat cushion adjustment: 200 yuan; the seat softening: the main driver 500 / co-driver 500 / second row 1000; the headrest adjustment: the main driver 200 / co-driver 200; the full set upgrade, the Lulai ES8 is 2800 yuan. Both the ES6 and the EC6 are 3000 yuan. Xilai Automobile said that in addition to cash, car owners can also exchange points. If the car owner has enough points, it is equivalent to a certain discount, or even a free upgrade.

As for the charge, car owners who believe that NIO has seat design defects said that the vehicle should be upgraded free of charge. However, some car owners say that the charge is understandable. After all, not all car owners think that there is something wrong with the seats.
