Body size: the length, width and height of meta plus is 4455/1875/1615mm, the wheelbase is 2720mm, the parameters are longer and wider than meta EV and meta pro, and the wheelbase is larger. In terms of new energy vehicles, BYD sold 41366 new energy vehicles in June 2021, an increase of 192.03% over the same period last year. Cumulative sales from January to June were 154579 vehicles, an increase of 154.76% over the same period last year. With the rapid growth of new energy, BYD is constantly laying out its product matrix. Previously, meta-series are listed as entry-level SUV in BYD product matrix, and most of the target groups are young consumers. The newly added meta-PLUS tends to be more "mature" in terms of design and size, and the arrival of meta-PLUS will also help the meta-series expand the audience, thus driving the sales of the meta-series; however, after the listing of the meta-PLUS, it will also face competition from the same brothers such as BYD Song and Qin, which is still a great pressure on the meta-PLUS.

According to the conference call revealed earlier by BYD, BYD aims to sell 400000 new energy vehicles in 2021, of which EV and DM hybrid account for half. In addition, Li Yunfei, general manager of BYD's passenger car brand and public relations department, also said that BYD's new energy sales will surpass Tesla's in June this year, and is expected to become the global champion of new energy vehicles this year.
