As a new model, BYD Han EV's new standard continuation version of the deluxe model is not much different from the appearance and interior decoration of the current model on sale. The Biadihan EV uses a semi-enclosed front face design with a slender imitation air inlet design (actual seal). The silver lines spread out to both sides and form a body with the headlights on both sides, making the overall design more high-end than other BYD models. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the body are 4980/1910/1495mm, the wheelbase is 2920mm, and the positioning is medium and large cars.

The interior design of BYD EV is relatively simple, equipped with large screen and full LCD instrument, two-frame steering wheel with multi-function keys, physical keys are mostly touch-type design, and a large area of wood-textured materials are used around, enhancing the design sense of the interior. In terms of power, the new car is expected to be equipped with the same power 163kW drive motor as the long-lasting version. The configuration of the deluxe model of the Han EV standard version is almost the same as that of the ultra-long-lasting version, with the main difference being the changes in battery capacity and mileage. The Han EV standard version of the deluxe model has a range of 506km, while the ultra-long-lasting version of the luxury model is 605km.

Many netizens speculate that the lower price Han EV launched by YD has something to do with Tesla's price reduction a few days ago. On July 30th, Tesla Guanxuan's standard upgrade version of Model 3, also equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery pack, was reduced from 250900 to 235900. In contrast, the Han EV with a price of 209800 yuan lasts longer and has a great advantage in terms of price. However, in fact, it is not all because of Tesla that BYD launched the lower-priced Han EV, because it has already been declared in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that BYD has plans to launch lower-configuration models, which of course does not rule out the possibility that this is a way to deal with Tesla's frequent price cuts.

Some time ago, Biadihan EV was also involved in public opinion, resulting from a crash test that understood the car emperor. In response to the Han EV fire, BYD officially released a statement saying that the coolant of the collision test vehicle (red, widely used in the industry, with electrical conductivity) is completely different from the coolant of Han EV production vehicles (purple, unique to BYD, non-conductive). After the collision vehicle was replaced with conductive coolant, the coolant leakage of the vehicle within several days after the severe collision, which caused the line short circuit and caused combustion. In addition, BYD officials also stressed that the testing standards and methods used in the video are non-mainstream, non-authoritative, and not national or industry standards. In other words, BYD believes that the car caught fire after the collision because the coolant was replaced.

On July 26, the official statement said that the "car Test ground" is an original collision test program under the emperor, and that there is no commercial cooperation with car companies, and the selection of collision vehicles is not aimed at specific enterprises. Each program maintains a complete video from car purchase to test completion, with technical support from an authoritative organization, and relevant materials can be submitted for notarization.

At present, BYD officials have not made any further response to the official response of understanding Che Di. Some netizens said that despite the spontaneous combustion of the vehicle, the result of the collision between BYD Han EV and polar fox Alpha is obviously not ideal, although Han EV achieved good results in C-NCAP and C-IASI, but in the collision test of understanding Che Emperor, the cabin of Han EV collapsed seriously, and the problems of broken anti-collision beam and obvious deformation of A-pillar are also the main aspects that car owners pay attention to.

As we all know, the Han EV is a flagship model of BYD, which is equipped with BYD's newly developed blade battery, which is not only self-sufficient, but also supplied to other car companies, so the Han EV caught fire after the collision, and the existence of the blade battery has attracted much attention.

According to media reports, BYD will also launch the Han DM-i model in the future, which is expected to be officially launched in the third quarter. Prior to this, the new car has appeared in the product declaration catalogue of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. From the declaration chart, the new car continues the overall styling design of the DM model, but there are some changes in the details, including hexagonal large-size intake grille with grid-like middle mesh design, as well as chrome-plated decoration on the side of the body, door handles and rearview mirrors and other details have been upgraded.

In terms of power, BYD DM-i will be equipped with a super hybrid system composed of 1.5T engine and motor, with maximum power 102kW and maximum torque of 231N ·m for engine and 325N ·m for maximum torque of motor. The new car offers two battery-life versions that match lithium iron phosphate blade batteries and may reach 1000km mileage.

From the perspective of vehicle positioning, Han DM-i is between Song PLUS DMi and Tang DM-i, and the starting price is probably higher than 146800 yuan of Song PLUS DM-i, while the price of top matching model is lower than 216800 yuan of Tang DM-i top matching model. Based on this guess, the new car is likely to cover the price range of 15-200000 yuan.
