AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)02/17 Report--

Some time ago, there was a hubbub about the "sixth national standard", and several provinces and cities that ran away successively backed down, and due to various reasons, all provinces and cities postponed the implementation of the sixth national emission standard one after another. From the point of view of the implementation time after the last round of operation, only Guangzhou is in the first place, and the implementation time node of the sixth grade is set at March 1, 2019. It will be cashed in more than ten days. What is the response from Guangzhou? According to the latest news, Guangzhou's sixth national emission has been postponed again.

It is understood that the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment has decided to adjust the implementation of the sixth national emission standard for light vehicles to July 1, 2019, and set a two-month transition period to facilitate the public to register and register their vehicles.

With regard to this adjustment, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment said that in January this year, the provincial government issued the "implementation Plan for Guangdong Province to win the Blue Sky Defense War (2018-2020)" (Yuefu (2018) No. 128). The timing for the early implementation of motor vehicle emission standards in the province will be unified to July 1, 2019. According to the relevant requirements, Guangzhou will postpone the implementation of the national sixth stage (b) emission standard for light vehicles by four months from March 1, 2019, which was previously planned, at the same time as the whole province.

The Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment also said that in order to facilitate citizens to register and register their vehicles, the city will set up a two-month transition period (July-August 2019). During the transition period, car owners may, on the basis of valid certificates, register and transfer to the State five emission standard vehicles that have been purchased or transferred from other places before July 1, 2019.

Beijing also reiterated a few days ago that the era of the sixth National Day would be launched on July 1. On February 11, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment issued the Circular on Beijing's implementation of the sixth stage Motor vehicle Emission Standard (draft for soliciting opinions), saying that in order to further strengthen the prevention and control of motor vehicle pollution and improve the ambient air quality in Beijing, it is proposed to advance the timetable of the sixth phase of motor vehicle emission standards: the sixth stage emission standards will be implemented step by step from July 1, 2019. The first step is mainly aimed at heavy diesel vehicles in the field of heavy gas vehicles and public transport sanitation. Starting from January 1, 2020, light gasoline vehicles sold and registered in Beijing and heavy diesel vehicles in other industries must meet the requirements of the national 6b standard.

At present, from many regions of the country, the implementation and unification of the sixth grade standard will be rolled out in an all-round way on July 1 this year. Including Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Hainan, Chengdu, Tianjin and so on.

"national sixth" refers to the national sixth stage vehicle emission standards. at present, the national unified use of the "national five" standard, the sixth is divided into "national six a" and "national six b" two stages, the original plan is to implement the national unified implementation in 2020 and 2023 respectively. However, in order to further prevent and control ecological pollution, the State Council issued the "three-year Action Plan to win the Blue Sky Defense War" on June 27, 2018, proposing that some key areas can first implement the "National 6" standard.

Compared with the "national five standards", the "national sixth standard" is more stringent. For example, light vehicles have increased the emission limits of carbon monoxide, total hydrocarbons, non-methane total hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and particulates by about 30% and 50%, which are intended to significantly reduce pollutant emissions and reduce oil and gas volatilization.

Will the purchase of "National five" models be restricted on the road? Judging from the law that the current "national five" affects "national one, two" on the road, and "national six" may affect "national three", "national five" cars will be restricted on the road at least until the end of "national seven". At that time, this time may be beyond 2030. If you buy a new "National five" car and do not change cars all the time, you can also guarantee that you can drive for at least 12 years.
