The dashboard indicates 48 volts power problem, the right position indicates immediate stop, and the left dashboard engine light lights up at the same time."

On the same day, the vehicle was towed to 4S shop for maintenance. The personnel of 4S shop indicated that it was a software problem. After upgrading, the fault was eliminated. A few days later, at the end of May and early July, the same situation occurred twice again, both indicating a 48-volt on-board electrical system failure and an engine fault light.

Manager Wang of Hangzhou Dongxing 4S Store said: "48 volts is related to the engine fault light, 48 volts will cause the engine to light up, and a tie wire has been processed in the early stage, and the software has been updated." At present, we may still have to wait for new software, which is equivalent to making some improvements. Just like mobile phones, the matching degree of some software is equivalent to updating this software to solve this phenomenon."

Manager Wang said that other owners of the same model have also reflected this problem. At present, after three fault lights are on, Ms. Xia's car has been upgraded with the latest software and is now under observation. But Ms. Xia also said that on July 30, the car had a new fault. Ms. Xia said: I was parked on the road, in the tunnel, traffic jam stopped, the car shook very badly, never before such a situation. Later, Ms. Xia drove the vehicle to a bridge, but she could only step on the accelerator until she was in her thirties, and the car couldn't go up.

Hangzhou Dongxing 4S shop business manager Wang said: "This problem master is still checking, the specific time to see, and before the 48 volts may be two different problems." Ms. Xia said: "The new car has four failures during the three months, all related to the engine, no matter the system problem, or the engine itself problem, as the owner, so frequent failures, your car quality is questionable."

Ms. Xia put forward her own appeal is to change the car or return the car, manager Wang said according to the car three guarantees temporarily can not meet the return requirements. Because the current 48 volt lamp failure 3 times, the same fault problem to appear 5 times, and 5 times have not been solved, can reach the application for return of the car.

Manager Wang of 4S Store said that now they want to make clear what is the cause of the latest failure first, and will also give Ms. Xia a plan as soon as possible.
