And "the clause marked in the contract that the deposit is non-refundable, but because it deprives consumers of the legal right to return the deposit in accordance with the law, it belongs to the standard clause and is invalid in accordance with the provisions of Article 497 of the Civil Code on the effectiveness of the standard clause." After the consumer has the right to issue a notice of request for delivery of the vehicle to the 4S store, the 4S store shall deliver the car within a reasonable time, otherwise, the consumer can exercise the right to terminate the contract.
