There are 156 2022 S60 cars produced from May 21 to July 24 in 2021 and 287 S90 long wheelbase vehicles produced from May 18 to July 24 in 2021.

The reason for the recall is that some vehicles within the recall range may have excessive shrinkage deformation when the fuel tank is under negative pressure due to design reasons, and there is a risk of interference between the top of the fuel tank and the fixed arm of the fuel level sensor. The main performance is when the instrument shows that the remaining fuel mileage of the fuel tank is 150km-200km, but the actual situation is that at this time the fuel tank has been short of fuel, the vehicle may stall, there may be safety risks.

Solution: Daqing Volvo Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will upgrade the engine control module software for vehicles within the scope of the recall free of charge, in order to eliminate safety risks. The upgraded engine control module software will open the fuel tank ventilation valve if necessary to release the negative pressure of the fuel tank.

Emergency measures: if conditions permit, please avoid the remaining fuel tank mileage shown in the meter is less than 300km. Even if you can't refuel in time, you can open the fuel tank cap from time to time after the vehicle flameout, and then check the fuel surplus.

It is understood that the new Volvo S90/S60 officially went on sale in June this year. Volvo S90 launched a total of four models with a price range of 40.69-505900 yuan.
