For services that can be broken down into multiple items and standards, each project and standard shall be clearly marked, and mixed pricing or bundling sales shall be prohibited. All motor vehicle testing institutions should, according to the structural characteristics of new energy vehicles, set up real and reasonable testing charging items, list the contents of services, clearly mark prices and operate in good faith, and shall not charge fees for services that are not really provided.

Third, the market supervision department should strengthen the supervision and inspection of motor vehicle inspection and charging, and seriously investigate and deal with price violations such as bid-up prices, collusion to raise prices, unclear code pricing, and so on. Fourth, trade associations should strengthen guidance, give full play to the role of policy propaganda, communication and cooperation, guidance and guidance, and strengthen industry self-discipline. Fifth, encourage and support the masses to actively monitor price violations and timely report complaints through the national 12315 platform or hotline.

According to relevant data, as of the first half of the year, the number of new energy vehicles in China reached 6.03 million, accounting for 2.06% of the total. Retail sales of new energy passenger cars reached 222000 in July, up 169.4 per cent from a year earlier and down 3.2 per cent from a month earlier. Retail sales of new energy vehicles reached 1.229 million from January to July, an increase of 210.2 percent over the same period last year. Wholesale sales of new energy passenger vehicles reached 246000 in July, up 5.1 percent from the previous month and 202.9 percent over the same period last year. According to the data, the sales of new energy vehicles are increasing year by year. It is also imperative to introduce relevant policies to regulate new energy vehicles. The regulations on the implementation of explicit pricing of goods and Services, which aims at the statistics of consumers' mixed pricing and bundling sales in the process of using new energy vehicles, will also play a certain role in promoting the development of new energy vehicles.
