The overall front face of the new car is more flat, the long and narrow headlights are connected to the central grille, and the front enclosure is surrounded by a black horizontal trim, which is matched with the raised ribs on the front cover of the engine, which looks more athletic. From the point of view of the rear part, the taillight is similar to the new Civic and adopts hidden exhaust layout.

In terms of body size, the new car is 4689/1802/1415mm in length, width and height and 2735mm in wheelbase. As a reference, Dongfeng Honda new Civic length, width and height are 4674/1802/1415mm, wheelbase 2735mm. By contrast, Guangzhou Auto Honda INTEGRA driver increased 15mm, other dimensions remain the same.

According to the declaration, the Guangzhou Auto Honda INTEGRA carries a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 134kw. For comparison, the new Civic will offer 1.5T high and low power adjustment engines with maximum power of 95kw and 134kw, matched with a 6-gear manual or CVT transmission.

On September 7, Dongfeng Honda's new generation Civic officially appeared in public view, and the new car was officially launched on September 24. As for the Guangzhou Auto Honda INTEGRA, the new car may be unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show and will be officially launched in the fourth quarter.

In recent years, Honda has adopted a "two-car strategy" in China, including colorful / XR-V, Guandao / UR-V, Haoying / CR-V and other sister models. With the launch of Civic / INTEGRA, the two will compete in the compact car market in the future.

According to data released by Honda China, Honda's cumulative terminal car sales in China from January to August 2021 were 986366, up 9.9% from a year earlier. Among them, Guangzhou Auto Honda was 479105, up 5.21% from the same period last year, and Dongfeng Honda was 507261, up 14.78% from the same period last year.
