On September 11, the automatic ejection of the doorknob of the vehicle still existed. Car owner Mr. Chen said: "now many cars have the function of locking up as soon as the door handle is locked. Theoretically, it will not pop up automatically, which means that the car has been locked." But this car has such a problem, that is, if you lock it, it will pop up again. It means that the doorknob can not be locked at all, there is a problem. The car owner said that usually in order to lock the car, he may press the lock key on the remote control key several times and lock the person to leave.

Subsequently, the relevant media accompanied Mr. Chen to the 4S store, where the vehicle still popped up automatically, but the staff said it was caused by water droplets on the surface of the vehicle. There is water to form a closed loop, the car thinks you have the need to open the door handle. So far, I haven't read any fault codes. In addition, it also said: even if the door handle pops up automatically and the car cannot be locked at that time, once a person walks at a distance of four or five meters with a key, the vehicle will be locked automatically and there will be no safety risks.

However, according to the staff, Mr. Chen walked to four or five meters, but the Mercedes-Benz S-class door still could not be locked automatically. 4S staff also said: this phenomenon is a common fault of the new Mercedes-Benz S450 sedan. When Mr. Chen asked the store to test drive the door handle and poured water to close the door, the test driver could touch and unlock the door normally. In this regard, the staff said: different, very simple, your car is not 100 times, every time like this. Car owner Mr. Chen said: since this kind of door handle has been invented, it should be stable and reliable. It can be used normally in rainy or sunny days, and it is impossible to find that a car cannot be used in rainy days. This statement is not acceptable.

Then the owner of the car, Mr. Chen, made a request: either replace a car that can be used normally, or return the car. The 4S store rejected Mr. Chen's request, saying that no fault code had been read on the vehicle, and there was no sign of damage to the vehicle's hardware.
