On the side of the body, the overall outline of the new car has not changed much compared with the old model, and the matching body and floating roof are still retained. In the rear part, the taillight group is connected by a penetrating trim, the rear panel is designed with the same color as the car body, and there is a small tail above the rear windshield, which brings a certain sports atmosphere. In terms of interior decoration, the new passenger has not changed much compared with the old model, the air conditioning outlets on both sides are still designed in a circular design, and the D-type multi-function steering wheel has also been retained, with a standard 7-inch central control screen and an optional 8-inch central control screen, which will be embedded with Apple's CarPlay and Android Auto interconnected systems. In terms of power, the new car continues to use the third generation HR15 1.5L all-aluminum engine, the maximum power is 122hp (90kW), the transmission system matches the CVT gearbox, and the comprehensive fuel consumption is 5.6L/100km.

Data show that Dongfeng Nissan is based on the overseas version of the Kicks Concept model, was officially launched at the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show, and officially went on sale in July of that year. It is named Heike in the domestic market. As a new small SUV, Jinke had a glorious moment of monthly sales of more than 10,000 yuan at the beginning of its launch, but now its sales in the market are not optimistic, and even if it is sold at a reduced price, there are not many consumers paying for it.

In terms of product positioning, Jinke's main competitors include joint venture SUV models such as Honda XR-V/, Volkswagen Sounder / Tu Gail, Toyota Yize / C-HR and so on. The medium-term revamping of Dongfeng Nissan shows that it has indeed made obvious changes in all aspects, such as being younger in appearance and richer in configuration, but in fact, it has not made much breakthrough in nature. for example, the interior design is still the design style of the old model, and the powertrain is also the configuration of the old model. Therefore, although strong customers have improved in all aspects, but only on the surface, their ongoing product problems have not been solved, and it is not easy to get consumer recognition. As for the price, the guiding price of cash customers is 9.98-138800 yuan, it is speculated that there will be no major adjustment in the price of the new car, which is still in the price range of 10-140000 yuan.
