Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the results of supervision and inspection of new energy vehicles in 2020. The results show that 8 models of 7 enterprises do not meet the requirements of production consistency in the three major fields of new energy passenger vehicles, new energy buses and new energy special vehicles.

In terms of new energy passenger cars, the two models of the two companies do not meet the corresponding requirements. Among them, Nanjing Jinlong bus NJL6420EV3 pure electric multi-purpose passenger vehicle (that is, Kaiwo entrepreneur) involves a maximum speed of 30 minutes that does not meet national standards or regulatory regulations. Dongfeng Motor's DFM7000G1F9BEV pure electric car (that is, Dongfeng Fengshen E70) was named because "the name of the front seat belt manufacturer is inconsistent with the filing parameters".

In terms of new energy buses, the four model products of Zhuhai Guangtong Automobile, Chengdu Guangtong Automobile, Nanjing Jinlong bus and Dandong Huanghai Automobile do not meet the corresponding requirements. Items such as instructions, equipment quality, seat fabric burning speed, vehicle nameplates and other items do not meet national standards or management regulations.

In addition, in the field of new energy special-purpose vehicles, Shandong Lanuo Automobile and Jiangsu Aoxin Enterprises, a total of two model products do not meet the corresponding requirements, involving the word height of spraying on both sides of the cab, power battery system energy density, equipment quality and other items do not meet national standards or management regulations.

For the models found in the above inspection that do not meet the requirements of production consistency, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will deal with them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Standardization Law of the people's Republic of China", "measures for the Administration of Road Motor vehicle production Enterprises and Product access", "New Energy vehicle production Enterprises and Product access Management regulations" and "announcement" management. The industrial and information departments at the provincial level where the enterprise is located should urge the enterprise to identify the causes of product problems as soon as possible, formulate rectification measures and put them in place on schedule.

The last time the supervision results of new energy vehicles were reported was in November 2020, when the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized the supervision and inspection of three categories of new energy vehicle products, namely, passenger cars, passenger cars and special-purpose vehicles. 25 car companies, including BAIC, Guangzhou Automobile, Guangzhou Automobile Honda, BYD and Geely, were named by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology because they were found to be products that did not meet the standards.

In December 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology interviewed the 25 car companies and made a decision to deal with them. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that it interviewed and issued a notice of rectification, requiring the relevant enterprises to earnestly fulfill their principal responsibilities, seriously analyze the causes of the problems, strictly comply with the management requirements of the "announcement," and rectify the existing problems within a time limit. At the same time, according to the seriousness of the violations, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology revoked or suspended the "announcement" of offending products, suspended the declaration of new energy vehicles and new products in accordance with the law, and included the violation information in the enterprise's credit record and listed as the key supervision objects in the follow-up.
