Lulai rose to 10628 from 5880 in August, making it the champion of new car brands in September. Ideal car sales fell this month, to 7094 from 9433 deliveries in August. Falling out of the top three of the new forces of car-building, Naha delivered 7699 new energy vehicles in September, an increase of 281 percent over the same period last year, and 4095 zero-running cars in September. Weimar reported September sales of 5005 vehicles, up 115.8% from a year earlier.

As the leader of the new car-building force, NIO did not perform well in the early months, and the delivery volume exceeded 10,000 for the first time in September, returning to the championship position. Xiaopeng also posted on its official Weibo that it delivered a total of 10412 units in September, becoming the first new car-building company to deliver more than 10,000 units a month. Specifically, the Xiaopeng P7 delivered 7512 units, with a cumulative delivery volume of more than 50,000 units; from July to September, the cumulative delivery volume was 25666 units, and the quarterly delivery volume was close to that of the whole year of 2020. It is not difficult to see that Xiaopeng P7 is still the main selling product of Xiaopeng car. Xiaopeng delivered a total of 56404 units from January to September, more than twice the annual delivery volume in 2020. He Xiaopeng said earlier, "the inflection point of intelligent electric vehicles has come." By the fourth quarter of this year, Xiaopeng's monthly delivery volume is expected to exceed 15000.
