On October 13, some relevant media visited the Evergrande Automobile Factory in Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone. The media said that inside the Evergrande Automobile Plant in Tianjin, each workshop is still in the process of construction, and the progress is different. Even the equipment is not fully in place, and there is more distance from production. As can be seen from the relevant pictures, the red banner at the door of the office building of the Tianjin factory reads, "after three months of hard work, the first car of Hengchi in Tianjin factory has been off the line." The banner of the painting workshop reads "hard work for 100 days, the first car of the Tianjin factory is off the line".

In addition, the media also revealed that according to a number of suppliers, Evergrande's Tianjin plant was shut down in late September because of arrears of project payments, involving a number of companies such as Nippon Atmospheric Society, the supplier of the painting workshop, and CNIC Engineering, the general contractor of the general assembly workshop. However, after Evergrande put forward the goal of "working hard for three months" on October 11, the construction progress of Evergrande's plant has been significantly accelerated. The mold manufacturer suddenly informed the project to be delayed indefinitely. Just before the National Day holiday, the mold factory suddenly said that the project was tentatively scheduled indefinitely and that all spare parts would not be produced and should not be processed, so as to avoid additional costs. Because many are non-standard parts, the mold manufacturer asked us to make statistics in order to seek compensation from Evergrande later. " However, after Evergrande held a supplier meeting and announced that it would "work hard for three months to ensure that the first car goes offline", some suppliers and outsourced construction staff have returned to work one after another.
