The shape and layout are basically the same as the imported models. It is a pity that the spy photo did not shoot the back row, the domestic extended BMW X5 rear space performance is not known.

Judging from the espionage photos exposed before, the design of the domestic BMW X5 is consistent with that of the overseas version, and it will still use the mid-term modified front face design of the overseas version. it uses a larger "double kidney" intake grille and retains the classic angel eye headlamp design, but compared to the domestic BMW X5's rear door panels, doors and windows, and C-pillar space is larger. According to the previous exposure of the news, the domestic BMW X5 will fully lengthen the body size, the new car wheelbase or lengthened 70mm, from the imported version of 2975mm to 3045mm.

In terms of power, it is expected that the domestic BMW X5 long wheelbase version will continue to carry 2.0T and 3.0T engines, and is expected to introduce a 48V light hybrid system, matched by an 8-speed manual self-integrated gearbox and an xDrive four-wheel drive system. With reference to the imported BMW X5, the maximum power of 2.0T four-cylinder and 3.0T six-cylinder is 265 horsepower and 340 horsepower respectively, and the peak torque is 400N m and 450N m respectively.

As a medium and large SUV under BMW, the imported BMW X5 sells for between 69.99 and 863900 yuan in China. Of course, the price of imported models is generally high in China, because China's consumption tax, import duty, emission tax, and so on, all need to be paid by consumers, and if this model can be made in China, then its price in China will also fall sharply.

At present, BMW has domestic X1, X2 and X3 fuel SUV in China, of which the official guiding price of X1 is 27.98-339800 yuan, and that of X3 is 38.98-475800 yuan. It is expected that the price of brilliance BMW X5 will be more than 100000 yuan higher than that of brilliance BMW X3, that is, in the range of 50-600000 yuan. Of course, the above price information is only speculative, the specific information is based on the official information, but it is certain that the domestic BMW X5 will be greatly improved in terms of performance-to-price ratio.

As a medium and large SUV, domestic luxury models are mainly concentrated in second-tier luxury brands, including Cadillac XT6 and Lincoln fliers. From the BBA camp, the main competitors of the BMW X5 are the Audi Q7 and Mercedes-Benz GLE, both of which are not made in China. In other words, if the BMW X5 can be made domestically, it will become the first domestic medium and large SUV in the BBA brand, which will also expand the BMW product camp in China and further enhance brand competition.

According to the data, BMW Group delivered a total of 669637 new cars (including BMW and MINI) in China in the first three quarters, an increase of 19.6% over the same period last year, of which 202573 were delivered in China in the third quarter, down 12.2% from the same period last year. Mercedes-Benz delivered a total of 592203 new cars in China in the first three quarters, an increase of 4.0% over the same period last year, of which 150624 were delivered in China in the third quarter, down 32.6% from the same period last year.
