According to Tianyan, Mishang (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiaomi, which was established on May 28th this year with a registered capital of 680.2 million yuan. Business includes technology development, software development, non-residential housing rental, social and economic consulting services in the field of science and technology.
