As the new flagship model of Weima, the biggest highlight of the Weima M7 is self-assisted driving. It can improve the perception ability under complex light, complex road conditions and complex weather conditions.

In addition, the M7 will become the world's first three autonomous zoom high-precision super-vision solid-state lidar and the first vehicle to achieve a lidar horizontal detection range of 330 °. At the same time, the M7 is also equipped with seven 8 million-pixel high-definition cameras with a maximum detection distance of more than 600m, close to 4K pixel imaging capability, and can accurately identify irregular objects such as pedestrians, vehicles, traffic signs, and buckets. It is integrated with lidar to construct the environment around the vehicle in real time.

From the above, it is not difficult to see that the hardware capability of the Weima M7 is still very high, but we can not experience whether it can achieve a more accurate driving experience in the real scene. However, Xia Yiping, CEO of Jidu Automobile, has previously refuted this intelligent driving route of stacking hardware, saying that it deviates from the nature of smart cars, that more hardware does not mean strong ability, and that there is no one who can handle the real "end-to-end intelligent driving" ability.

In terms of appearance, the Weima M7 is based on the previous Maven concept car, basically restoring the design of the concept car, such as the "X" shape of the front and the LED light belt extending to the front wing on both sides. It is understood that the through headlights of the Weima M7 will become part of the external interaction of the new car, showing different light messages according to different scenes. The design of the side and rear of the car body is relatively simple, using the popular hidden door handle and two-color body design, while the through-type taillights can also display different lights like headlights. In terms of interior decoration, the new car release did not announce the interior decoration of the Weima M7, but as can be seen from the official map, the interior design of the new car is quite simple, using the popular double-screen design, and there are few physical buttons in the car, focusing more on intelligence and technology. Not long ago, Weima announced that it had received a new round of financing of about $500 million. Among them, the D1 round of financing is led by PCCW and Shun Tak Group, and the dollar investment institutions of Guangfa Sindh participate, with a financing amount of more than 300 million US dollars. Subsequently, Weimar will sign D2 round financing agreements with other internationally renowned dollar investment institutions. Data show that Weima Motor has experienced a total of 11 times of financing since its establishment. It is understood that PCCW and Shun Tak Group, which participated in Weimar's D1 round of financing, also have a long history, which are the families of Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing and Macau gambling king Stanley Ho.

As a member of the new power of car building, Weimar has gradually deviated from the mainstream market. Take September sales as an example. Xiaopeng and NIO both sold more than 10,000 vehicles, 10451 and 10394 respectively, and ideal car ranked third with 7336, followed by Naha and Zero with sales of 6998 and 3776 respectively. Weimar's sales in September were 3172, which was obviously lower than that of Wei Xiaoli, and even Nezha and Zero, which were not as good as before, caught up with Weima.
