On April 4, 2021, the official website of the State Supervisory Commission of the Central Commission for discipline Inspection announced that Yin Jiaxu, former secretary of the party group and chairman of China Arms Industry Group Co., Ltd., was suspected of serious violations of discipline and the law and was currently under disciplinary examination and supervision investigation by the Central Commission for discipline Inspection and State Supervision Commission.

On September 30, 2021, the State Supervisory Commission of the Central Commission for discipline Inspection informed the results of the investigation that Yin Jiaxu, former party secretary and chairman of China Arms Industry Group Co., Ltd., was expelled from the party for serious violations of discipline and law.

Yin Jiaxu seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, incorruptible discipline, work discipline and life discipline, which constituted a serious crime of illegal duty and suspected of accepting bribes and illegally making profits for relatives and friends, and did not stop after the 18th CPC National Congress, which was of a serious nature and had a bad impact, and should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the regulations on disciplinary action of Communist Party of China, the Supervision Law of the people's Republic of China, and the Law of the people's Republic of China on Administrative punishment of Public officials, after being studied by the standing Committee of the Central Commission for discipline Inspection and submitted to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for approval, it was decided to expel Yin Jiaxu from the party, cancel his treatment in accordance with the regulations, and confiscate his illegal income in violation of discipline. The suspected crime shall be transferred to the procuratorial organ for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the property involved shall be transferred together.

On September 14, Xiong Ming, former vice minister of marketing department of Dongfeng Qichen Automobile Co., Ltd., was investigated; on October 16, Xie Jinhui, Executive Director of Skoda Brand Marketing and Executive Director of Skoda Brand Business of SAIC Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd.
