But considering that it is a new car, the manufacturer agreed to replace the engine assembly.

On the other hand, Mr. Chen put forward a request for a return and replacement of the car, saying that Article 27 of the Zhejiang version of the new elimination law, within 60 days from the date of invoice issued by the seller, or within 3000 kilometers, the main parts of the engine transmission have product quality problems, and consumers should replace or return the car. Director Xu also said that the current vehicle failure does not meet the above conditions, mainly because "this is a major component of the engine, the main component of the transmission, and the exhaust sprocket of the vehicle is not the main part of the engine." so it doesn't meet the conditions for returning and changing cars.
