On the evening of April 19, Jianghuai Automobile issued an announcement saying that it is expected that the net profit in the first quarter of 2019 will decrease by about 69% year-on-year, and the profit of the company in the same period last year will be 209 million yuan.

As for the decline of net profit, Jianghuai Automobile explained in the announcement that the pre-reduction of this performance is mainly due to the reduction of non-recurring profit and loss government subsidies, and the impact amount is about 325 million yuan. After deducting non-recurring profit and loss items, the company's performance is expected to increase by about 79% year-on-year.

In terms of sales volume, in the first quarter of this year, Jianghuai exported 12276 vehicles of various types accumulatively, down 35.46% year-on-year, among which the sales volume of Jianghuai vehicles in March was 44317 vehicles, down 17.51% year-on-year. In addition, Jianghuai pure electric passenger cars sold 6616 vehicles in March, up 31.5% year-on-year; from January to March this year, the cumulative sales volume was 15007 vehicles, up 28.26% year-on-year.

Jianghuai Automobile is a comprehensive automobile enterprise group integrating the research, production and service of all series of commercial vehicles, passenger cars and powertrains. The 2018 annual performance forecast released by Jianghuai Automobile recently shows that the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies is expected to lose about 770 million yuan.
