On November 8, Avita's official micro blog released news that the high-end brand Avita, jointly carried by Chang 'an Automobile, Huawei and Ningde Times, will be launched globally on November 15. It is understood that at the global brand launch conference, Avita will launch its first SUV model, code-named E11, which will be launched in the first quarter of 2022.

However, for this heavy news, Chang 'an Automobile in the secondary market performance flat. By the close, Chang 'an Automobile reported up 0.72% to close at 20.95 yuan, with a total market value of 159.5 billion yuan.

On August 24, Chang 'an Automobile officially released the brand-new high-end automobile brand "Avita" jointly built by Chang' an Automobile, Huawei and Ningde Times. Chang 'an Automobile said that the meaning of "Avita" is to create another self in the intelligent parallel world for each user and become the embodiment of wisdom that understands you. According to the existing planning, Avita will be manufactured on the intelligent electric network automobile architecture co-created by Chang 'an, Huawei and Ningde Times in the future. At present, the planned product categories will include 11 products such as coupe, SUV and MPV.

According to public information, the model code-named E11 is built based on a new generation of intelligent electric platform (CHN platform). It is positioned as a medium-sized SUV. It is the first model of "Avita" brand and equipped with Huawei HI intelligent automobile solution. At present, the design prototype of E11 has been off the assembly line and is undergoing vehicle debugging. According to the official forecast map, the overall shape of the new car is more sporty, adopting double-waist line design and slip-back body shape, while the headlights adopt Z-shaped split design to further create the sporty feeling of the vehicle.

As you can see, Avita officials have replaced the brand new logo. It is learned from the State Intellectual Property Office that Avita has applied for Chinese and English logos and three LOGO, among which Chinese "Avita" adopts a relatively round design, which appears simple and cute; English is simple and smooth design. The pictures of the three suspected LOGO are all designed in a minimalist way. The rectangle is divided by four lines, and the three-dimensional design creates a good light and shadow effect.

It is understood that Avita Technology Co., Ltd., formerly Chang 'an NIO New Energy Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., was founded on July 10,2018 and officially renamed on May 20 this year. On August 21, Chang 'an Automobile issued an announcement that Avita Technology Co., Ltd.(Avita Technology), a holding subsidiary of the Company, plans to introduce 2 to 5 investors through public listing and share expansion on Chongqing United Property Rights Exchange. Meanwhile, the Company will participate in this capital increase at the same price and in the form of non-public agreement. The announcement shows that Chang 'an Automobile holds 95.3785% equity of Avita Technology before capital increase; after capital increase is completed, Chang' an Automobile holds equity proportion of Avita Technology, subject to the results of this public listing transaction combined with the actual subscription amount of the capital increasing party, but the original shareholders hold no less than 39%.

On November 5, Avita Technology announced that it had successfully completed the first round of strategic financing and introduced three new strategic investors with a total amount of RMB 2.42 billion yuan. It is understood that after the completion of this round of capital increase and share expansion transaction, Chongqing Chang 'an Automobile Co., Ltd. holds 39.02%, Ningde Times Consortium holds 28.99%, Chongqing Liangjiang Fund Consortium holds 20.88%, Southern Asset Consortium holds 9.97%, Shanghai NIO Automobile Co., Ltd. holds 1.14%.

It is not difficult to see that building Avita, a high-end intelligent electric vehicle brand, is an important step for Chang 'an Automobile to promote its new energy vehicle strategy. Chang 'an Automobile has said that it will accelerate the transformation to an intelligent low-carbon travel technology company in an all-round way. In 2025, the sales volume of Chang 'an brand will reach 3 million vehicles, and the proportion of new energy will reach 35%; by 2030, it will become a world-class brand, with sales volume reaching 4.5 million vehicles, new energy accounting for 60%, and overseas sales accounting for 30%.

At present, many automobile enterprises have set up independent operation of high-end electric brands, hoping to get rid of the situation of low positioning of their own products, but it is not easy to get through the high-end brand market. According to relevant data, Chang 'an New Energy sold more than 70,000 vehicles from January to September this year, double the sales volume of 34,900 vehicles in 2020. The sales volume of mini electric vehicles running E-Star accounts for a large proportion, with a cumulative sales volume of 53155 vehicles from January to September. It is worth noting that at present, Chang 'an New Energy is still in a state of loss. In 2020, Chang 'an New Energy has net assets of 21.3 yuan, operating income of 2.271 billion yuan, total profit of-1.226 billion yuan and net profit of-1.226 billion yuan.
