It is understood that Mr. Ke's Volkswagen Tuang was bought in June this year at the Xingning Dazhong 4S store in Ningbo. the naked price of the new car is about 450000, and the car lights are "sweating" on the third day after buying the car. Judging from the photos provided by the car owner, Mr. Ke, it is indeed in the position of the lights, and the lampshades are now in a misty state, in addition, there are water droplets coming out of the lights. Mr. Ke said that the car was taken back to the 4S store for maintenance, and the lights were changed twice in the store, but the problem of fog and water droplets in the lights was still not solved.

With regard to the problems reflected by Mr. Ke, the 4S store manager said: the headlights were changed twice before, not because of quality problems, but because the owner, Mr. Ke, had been complaining all the time, so they were replaced twice, both of which were replaced by the powertrain of the lights. The manager also said that all that can be done has been done, and the relevant pictures and vehicle problems have been fed back to the manufacturer for the manufacturer's technical staff to judge. And the reply given by the manufacturer is: normal physical phenomenon, vehicle driving, the sun will disperse, normal physical phenomenon. It's the same as foggy glass. Now fog may be because there may be moist air in the headlamp itself, this phenomenon will gradually dissipate, fog will not affect the function and service life of the headlights.

The after-sales manager of the 4S store also once said that at present, there are other owners of Tuang who have reported slight fog, but after a period of time, the problem will slowly dissipate. These two headlights on Mr. Ke's car were installed in October. Maybe after the lights are dry, there will be no fog.

As for the 4S manager's response, Mr. Ke said he did not agree. He said that the problem is not accidental, will affect normal driving, and must be solved. In this regard, the after-sales manager of the 4S store said that he would give the situation back to the manufacturer again and give Mr. Ke an answer in a few days.
