According to the data, Light Orange Times (Shenzhen) Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 25, 2021, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, legal person and chairman as side marks, and the scope of business includes auto parts wholesale, new energy vehicle sales, and new car sales and so on. According to equity penetration, the largest shareholder of Light Orange Times is Guangzhou Zhanmeng Technology Co., Ltd., with a stake of 42.78%. The company was established on May 20, 2021 and marked as the major shareholder and legal representative. the scope of business includes new energy vehicle sales, battery manufacturing and software development. According to Tianyan check, at present, only angel round financing has been completed in the Light Orange era, and investors include venture capital, weights and measures, Qiande Fund and Gentai Investment, but the specific amount of financing has not been disclosed.

It is understood that light orange era CEO Mu Lu was once the main strategy of Timi Studio under Tencent, leading the planning and research and development of games such as "Aixiaochu" and "Tiantian cool run". In July 2015, Mou Lu left Tencent to set up a car networking company, Little Horse Lixing, and began to make front-end intelligent Internet connection software products, cutting from the in-car ecosystem into the automobile industry. No matter it is Bian Biao or Mu Lu, there is not much experience in building cars in the automobile industry, so its entry into the automobile market has also been questioned. In response to this, Bian Biao said that a lot of technical personnel have been recruited from traditional automakers, especially Japanese brand car companies, and they are confident in product manufacturing and product quality. Light Orange Times said the first model will go on sale next year and start delivery. From the point of view of time, it took only one year from the announcement of the car to the delivery of the product, which is relatively fast in the automobile industry.

It should be noted that the Light Orange era does not have the qualification to build cars, and then chooses the contract manufacturing mode to build cars, and the contract manufacturing enterprise is BAIC Ruixiang. BAIC Ruixiang is actually BAIC Yinxiang after restructuring. In August 2019, BAIC Yinxiang announced that it had entered the restructuring stage and officially announced the Beiqi Ruixiang brand at the Chongqing Auto Show. The first model, BAIC Ruixiang X5, was officially launched on August 25. the price range is 7.38-123800 yuan. This also means that BAIC Ruixiang has opened a new business model after being reorganized from BAIC Yinxiang.

This year, including Xiaomi, Baidu, Foxconn and Apple have announced car-building plans, it is not difficult to predict that the competition in the new energy vehicle market will become more and more fierce in the next few years.
